Terms and Conditions
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
It is the client's resonsibility to have all files, photos, logos, descriptions sent to the company email address immediately after or before making any form of payment.
PAYMENTS
For projects $50 and below, full payment is required up front. For projects $60 and up, ATLEAST half is required up front to begin work and the other half is required to receive final product.
REVISIONS
This means that you are allowed three changes before being required to make another payment for more revisions.
So PLEASE make sure that you look over your projects thoroughly to get your final product to you as soon as possible.
PRICES
Most prices are available for each service on this website. If there are no prices mentioned for the specific service you are looking for please contact us via email: info@msjaiinc.com and we will reply back to you within 24 to 48 hrs.
FINALS
Finals are the final image or file once a project is complete. No more changes/corrections are allowed once the final product is sent to the client.
If any changes/corrections must be made after the final is received by the client then the client is required to pay a small fee to reopen the project.
